Suzanne Defache

Suzanne Defache is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global onboarding and talent acquisition management. Currently serving as the Global Onboarding Program Manager at Cepheid, Suzanne has successfully developed and implemented a Global Onboarding Program strategy that has accelerated the integration of approximately 2,000 new hires across 50 countries in response to COVID PCR test market demands. Prior to this role, Suzanne held multiple positions at GE, including Global HR Project/Program Manager at GE Healthcare, where Suzanne led the deployment of a digital onboarding platform for 14,000 annual new hires in 150 countries, and Global HR Project Manager focused on Mergers, Acquisitions & Separations, overseeing strategies affecting up to 60,000 employees across various sectors. Suzanne holds a Master's degree in International Project Management from ESC Clermont Business School and a Bachelor's degree in French and Economics from Wake Forest University.
