Frank Teoh is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in leading technical teams and driving innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering and Global Head of the BioEngineAI Platform at CytoHub, Inc., Frank is dedicated to advancing cell therapy and regenerative medicine through intelligent manufacturing solutions. Frank's previous roles include Director of Engineering at Chime, where a machine learning platform was developed to enhance mobile banking services, and Director of Engineering at Lacuna Technologies, focusing on urban planning and mobility. With notable experience at Yahoo, where multiple engineering teams were led in advertising and data services, Frank has also held leadership positions at Oracle, overseeing infrastructure and data recovery solutions. Frank holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, supplemented by participation in the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University.
