Amy Diehl

Amy (Sears) Diehl is currently serving as the Director, Market Development Lead at Cytokinetics since August 2025. Previously, Amy held the position of HCP Director, U.S. Product Strategy, Inflammation and Autoimmunity at Incyte from November 2020 to May 2024, focusing on cross-platform strategic messaging and 3rd party partnerships. As VP, Group Account Director at Dudnyk from May 2018 to November 2020, Amy led comprehensive strategic planning for neuroscience products and rare disease launches. Amy's extensive career at Shire Pharmaceuticals from September 2004 to May 2018 included roles as Portfolio Strategy and LCM Lead, Global Commercial Strategy Director, and Director of Marketing for INTUNIV, contributing to notable awards for commercialization strategy.
