Andrea Minadakis

Andrea Minadakis is an experienced professional in grants and advocacy operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Cytokinetics since August 2022. In this role, Andrea leads the grant review process across Advocacy, Corporate Giving, and Society Engagement, manages the Communications Grant program, oversees corporate donation budgets, and ensures compliance with financial and legal standards. Prior to Cytokinetics, Andrea worked as a Grants Manager at Marin Community Foundation, administering thousands of grant recommendations and enhancing internal processes.
