Sanatan Shreay

Sanatan Shreay is an accomplished professional specializing in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) with extensive experience in leading teams and developing strategic initiatives across various pharmaceutical organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of HEOR and Outcomes Science Liaison at Cytokinetics, Shreay oversees the internal HEOR team and the field-facing Outcomes Science Liaison team, focusing on product value communication for muscle-directed therapies in cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Previous roles include Executive Director positions at Nektar Therapeutics, TG Therapeutics, and Gilead Sciences, where responsibilities included creating HEOR departments, executing value evidence generation plans, and leading market access strategies for innovative therapy areas, including oncology and infectious diseases. With a solid educational foundation, including a PhD and MS in Economics and Statistics from Washington State University, Shreay has significantly contributed to health technology assessments, economic modeling, and patient access strategies throughout a distinguished career.
