Danton Zhao

Danton Zhao is a Jr. Optical Systems Engineer at Cytonome since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northeastern University, where work involved simulation and experimental research in LiDAR optics, as well as presenting findings at Photonics West 2019. Danton Zhao also contributed to LiDAR processing acceleration at the Air Force Research Laboratory as a Research Scholar and assisted in circuit analysis as a Teaching Assistant at Southern Methodist University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Danton Zhao has engaged in various research and support roles throughout academic experiences.
