Shahar Schlimoff

Shahar Schlimoff is a Human Resources Specialist at CytoReason, where the focus is on developing a computational molecular model of the immune system to advance drug discovery and disease understanding. Before this role, Shahar served as a Community Maker at Commina, facilitating the creation of online and offline communities, and held positions such as Training Developer and Connector at The Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, and HR Assistant and Office Manager at Codere Israel, managing day-to-day operations and employee relations. Academic experiences include roles as a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Sapir College, as well as a Research Assistant in organizational behavior studies. Early career experience included serving as a Camp Counselor with The Jewish Agency for Israel and as an Instructor and Senior Researcher in the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Shahar holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior & Development from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
