Kenneth Kleinhenz has extensive work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Kenneth began their career in 1982 as a Clinical Microbiologist for the US Navy. In 1989, they became a Microbiologist for MBI Molecular Biosystems and in 1991, they were promoted to QA Manager at Xytronyx. In 1997, Kenneth was appointed Chief Microbiologist at Becton Dickinson and in 1999, they became Sr. Director Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Macropore Biosurgery. In 2005, they were appointed Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Cytori Therapeutics and in 2018, they became Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Avelas Biosciences. Most recently, in 2019, Kenneth was appointed Chief Operating Officer at Lorem Cytori USA, Inc.

Kenneth Kleinhenz obtained an Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences between 1985 and 1986. Kenneth then went on to earn a BS in Microbiology from UC San Diego between 1990 and 1994. Finally, they completed an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix between 1999 and 2001.
