Hua Shao

Hua (Susan) Shao is an experienced professional in analytical science, currently serving as the Analytical Group Leader and previously as Sr. Analytical Scientist II at CytoSorbents Corporation since June 2021. Prior to this role, Hua held the position of Sr. Research Scientist at Elementis Specialties from July 2010 to March 2021 and worked as a Post-doctoral Researcher at Michigan State University for a brief period in 2009-2010. Hua earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Michigan State University from 2004 to 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Wuhan Institute of Technology.
