Leanne Diefenbach

Leanne Diefenbach is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and accounting management. Currently serving as Director & Assistant Controller at CytoSorbents Corporation since February 2016, Leanne oversees financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, and ERP system implementations. Prior roles include a part-time accounting consultant and Corporate Controller at Congoleum Corporation, where Leanne managed SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and various tax returns over a combined span of 18 years. Leanne holds a BS in Accounting from Rider University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
