Kate Holman

Kate Holman, CPA, currently serves as Associate Director and Assistant Controller at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kate held multiple positions at Verve Therapeutics from May 2022 to September 2025, including Associate Director for both Assistant Controller and SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting, as well as Senior Manager for SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Kate also gained valuable experience at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. from April 2019 to May 2022, progressing from Senior Manager and Assistant Controller to Manager of Financial Reporting and Senior Accountant. Earlier in the career, Kate worked at EY from January 2017 to April 2019, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stonehill College, earned in May 2016.
