Iman Taylor has over 20 years of leadership experience in Customer Experience, Customer Support, and Network Operations, successfully driving satisfaction and growth for SaaS and IoT solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Support at Cytracom, Iman previously held the role of Vice President of CX & Global Customer Support at KORE Wireless, where they led a global team and implemented transformative strategies that significantly improved customer experience. Prior to that, at AT&T, Iman held several managerial positions, contributing to substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Iman holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Texas at Dallas.
