Keith Palumbo

Keith Palumbo is currently an advisor at Cyvatar. Prior to this, they were the founder of Foxnose Strategies LLC, a stealth startup, for less than a year. Before that, Keith was the Vice President of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at BlackBerry, where they facilitated the integration of independent Cylance business unit and attendant revenue following acquisition. Keith also spent seven years at Cylance Inc., where they operated in a 360 degree cross-functional executive role from the 5th month of the company's existence through exit. At Cylance, Keith backstopped the company founders and engineering team in pursuing and successfully developing, patenting and bringing to market the first machine learning based endpoint protection, detection and response products. Keith also built and maintained revenue contracting capacity and continuity from inception through hypergrowth to ~$200mm in ARR. Keith also scaled the company and related infrastructure from less than 25 to over 900 employees worldwide. Keith has also been engaged in multiple internal and external compliance and certification cycles, BCDR scenario training, insurance procurement and risk management strategies, facility security, product security, litigation and ADR, and other time sensitive critical response scenarios.

Keith Palumbo holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School, which they attended from 2000 to 2003. While at Cornell, they did extensive work with the Cornell Death Penalty clinic. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Keith graduated magna cum laude and was an outstanding international relations student.
