Shashank H N began their work experience in 2006 at Infosys as a Technology Analyst. Shashank worked in this role from August 2006 until June 2015. In 2015, they joined Unified Messaging Systems (UMS AS) as a Presales and Marketing Lead. Shashank held this position from June 2015 until December 2019. In 2018, Shashank moved to Everbridge, where they worked as a Presales and Marketing Lead from February 2018 until December 2019. Currently, they are employed at Cyviz as a Sales Excellence Lead, starting in January 2020.

Shashank H N's education history begins with their attendance at Clarence Public School from 1990 to 1997. Shashank then went on to Vijaya High School from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Shashank attended Careers for Bangalore Youth from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued a Pre-University degree in Physics. Continuing their education, they joined KS Institute of Technology in Bangalore from 2002 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During the same period, they also attended Visvesvaraya Technological University, obtaining another BE degree in Mechanical Engineering.
