Neal D. has over 15 years of experience in the field of cyber threat intelligence. Neal has held various roles in different organizations, including Cyware Labs, where they focused on building customer relationships and supporting product growth. Neal also provided unique insights for webinars, blogs, and conference presentations on threat intelligence.

Neal has co-hosted a podcast series called "Adopting Zero Trust," aimed at having open and honest conversations about adopting Zero Trust and removing vendor hype.

Previously, Neal worked as a Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Advisor at Barefoot Marine CTI Consultancy, where they revamped the approaches to cyber threat intelligence operations for Fortune 100 companies.

At King & Union, Neal worked as the Director of Customer Intel and Advocacy, supporting the development of customer success models and intelligence-driven service offerings.

Neal served as the Intelligence Architect and Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst at TruSTAR Technology, driving engagements with customers, supporting sales, and contributing to product development.

Before that, they worked as the Threat Intelligence Director and Technology Development Lead at the Retail and Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center (RH-ISAC), where they supported research and information sharing efforts.

Neal also held roles at Arbor Networks, Booz Allen Hamilton, L-3 Communications, and SAIC, where they contributed to threat intelligence operations, developed threat profiles, and supported network defense operations.

Overall, Neal D. has a strong background in cyber threat intelligence, with experience in customer relationships, product growth, threat intelligence operations, and the adoption of Zero Trust principles.

Neal D. attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Spanish Language and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Neal also obtained several certifications. In 2005, they achieved the A+ certification from CompTIA and the Network+ certification from the same institution. Later in 2011, they obtained the CEH certification from EC-Council. Lastly, in 2014, Neal obtained the GICSP certification from GIAC.
