Tanul Jain (She/her)

Tanul Jain has over 15 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tanul is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Cyware. Prior to this, Tanul worked at VMware for five years as a Senior Recruiting Partner. Tanul played a key role in the recruitment process during their tenure at VMware. Before joining VMware, Tanul worked at Infosys for nine years as a Senior Recruitment Manager. Tanul was responsible for managing a large team and overseeing talent acquisition for a business with over 20,000 employees. Tanul also has experience as a Summer Trainee at Marico Ltd. in 2006.

Tanul Jain (she/her) has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended The Wharton School, where they pursued a program called "Leading People in Organizations" with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Before that, from 2005 to 2007, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, specializing in Human Resources. Prior to their MBA, they received their Bachelor's degree from the Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies in 2005, majoring in Computers. In terms of their early education, from 1989 to 2002, they attended Manav Sthali School.

Alongside their formal education, Tanul Jain also obtained a certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2017.
