Serkan Pehlivan

Serkan Pehlivan is an experienced IT and team leader with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and IT service management. Currently serving as the IT Lead for the Business Teams at CZ since January 2020, Serkan facilitates autonomous solution delivery aligned with the principle “You build it. You run it.” Previous roles include team management in various capacities such as IT infrastructure management, cloud solutions, and process management at CZ, as well as overseeing healthcare administration at CZ zorgkantoor. Serkan's earlier experience includes several team management positions at Rabobank, along with a solid academic foundation in economics from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
