Fernando Soares

Fernando Soares has a strong background in corporate finance. Fernando started their career as an Intern in 2010 at IGC Partners. In 2011, they joined CZ as a Corporate Finance Analyst and worked their way up to the position of Head of Corporate Finance Brazil. At CZ, they held various roles including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. Their work experience at CZ spans from 2011 to the present.

Fernando Soares completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they pursued an Extension in Mergers and Acquisitions from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
