Sharon Blore-Rimmer

Sharon Blore-Rimmer has extensive work experience in human resources. Sharon worked as the Head of Human Resources at Czarnikow Group Limited from 2012 to the present, where they implemented talent review and succession planning sessions, managed rotational opportunities, and introduced a recruitment and selection process. Prior to this, they were the Senior Business Partner for People and Learning at The Bedford Estates from 2008 to 2011, where they designed and launched the company's brand, introduced a management development programme, and delivered training sessions. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Officer at Bedfordia Group Plc from 2003 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Adviser at Vertex Data Science Ltd (formerly Eastern Electricity/TXU Energi) from 1989 to 2003.

Sharon Blore-Rimmer earned a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development, Level 7 (MCIPD) degree from CCL London in the field of study of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
