Ladislav Pstros

Ladislav Pstros is an experienced retail management professional currently serving as the Head of Retail and Complaints at CZC.cz s.r.o. since May 2021, overseeing 70 stores and the complaints department to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Ladislav held several positions at PIETRO FILIPI, including Head of Retail, Country Manager, Area Manager, and Store Manager, managing as many as 86 stores and 350 employees across multiple countries and consistently achieving a retail EBITDA of 20%. Ladislav began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant, specializing in men's and women's fashion. Educationally, Ladislav holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Economics from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and has international academic experience from National Taipei University.
