David Olša

David Olša is an accomplished professional in airport development and real estate, currently serving as the Director of Development Projects and Real Estate Property at Prague Airport since October 2021. Olša has extensive experience in leading significant infrastructure development programs, including new runways, passenger terminals, and urban development initiatives in collaboration with third parties. Prior roles include Director of Property & RE Development at České dráhy, Development Manager at Metrostav Development, and multiple positions at Prague Airport, focusing on strategic projects and commercial development. Olša started a career in project management and construction at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague, complemented by a brief study at Delft University of Technology.
