Goce Kovachev is an experienced B2 Engineer with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, having worked for various companies in the aviation industry. Current engagement is with Czech Airlines Technics since October 2017. Previous roles include positions at Atlantic Aviation Group, SR Technics Group, PT Lion Air, Transaero Engineering Ireland, and FL Technics. Notably, Goce Kovachev also possesses experience as an avionics technician at Shannon Aerospace in Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Technical University Sofia, completed between 1999 and 2005.

Czech Airlines Technics, a subsidiary of Prague Airport, focuses primarily on aircraft repair and maintenance and offers its clients complex portfolio of services on the MRO market. The company based in Prague, Czechia, processes up to 120 base maintenance jobs on Boeing 737 CG/NG/MAX, Airbus A320 Family and ATR aircraft per year.
