David Franta

David Franta is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of the Treasury and Fundraising Department at Česká exportní banka (Czech Export Bank) since August 2005, responsible for managing liquidity and fundraising on money and capital markets. David previously held the position of Director of the Enterprise Risk Management Department at the same bank, where responsibilities included implementing Basel II and developing risk management strategies. Prior to that, David gained expertise as an analyst at Citibank Prague and in earlier roles at Česká exportní banka and Pragobanka, focusing on risk management and credit analysis.
