Zuzana Mattova (Kuchtova)

Zuzana Mattova (Kuchtova) has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in HR management and consulting roles. Zuzana is currently the Human Resources Director at CZECH NEWS CENTER a.s. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at IUNGO JOBS s.r.o. from 2021 to 2023. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of HR Director for the Czech and Slovak Region at Mediální skupina MAFRA, where they were responsible for managing all HR processes. Before that, they worked as a Project and HR Manager at Mafra Slovakia, a.s. and as an HR Manager at TV JOJ. Zuzana also served as the HR Director at J&T BANKA SR, where they were a member of the top management team and was responsible for developing HR strategies. Zuzana started their career as a Branch Manager at Stegmann Slovakia from 2007 to 2010.

From 2000 to 2005, Zuzana Mattova (Kuchtova) obtained a Master's degree in Fakulta podnikového manažmentu from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
