Jindrich Fialka

Jindrich Fialka is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a strong focus on design, innovation, and social impact. As the Founder of Sto skupin, Jindrich addresses the critical shortage of preschool placements in the Czech Republic, enabling parents to enter the workforce. In the role of CEO and Lead Designer at Q Designers, Jindrich leads a multidisciplinary design studio that emphasizes impact innovation. Additionally, as Co-Founder of The Greenest Company, Jindrich promotes workplace wellbeing and productivity through data-driven solutions for major corporations. Jindrich also serves as a Startup Mentor for both Impact Hub Praha and CzechInvest, supporting startups in market validation and business development. Previous roles include Lead Designer for Den pro školu and Founder of Contiqua, where Jindrich developed sustainable accessories. Educational background includes studies at Charles University from 2007 to 2013.
