Alex Beckerman has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2015 as an Engineering Intern at Hyundai Kia America Technical Center, Inc. There, they developed simplified testing procedures and created software for visualization and analysis of steering performance. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the University of California, Davis, where they served as a Visiting Scholar, designing a course on dynamic modeling and control of automotive systems for advanced-placement high school students. They also worked as an Instructor, leading a short course on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence for undergraduate and graduate students from Kyoto University in Japan. Alex Beckerman completed their education in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Davis. They obtained a Bachelor's Degree in 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in 2014. Finally, Alex completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis in 2019.
