Garrett M. Byrnes

Mr. Garrett M. Byrnes, P.E. is a Vice President of D&B and has more than two decades of experience in the planning and design of pumping stations, wastewater conveyance systems and wastewater treatment facilities. From preliminary project planning to the development of contract drawings and specifications, his responsibilities have included the evaluation of upgrade alternatives, hydraulic modeling oversight, determination of design flows, facility plan preparation, design services during construction, permitting, and cost estimating. A licensed professional engineer, Mr. Byrnes is an active member of the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA).
