Matthew R. DeVinney

Currently serving as a Vice President of D&B, Mr. Matthew R. DeVinney, P.E. has over 16 years’ experience providing multimedia environmental compliance, investigation, remediation, design and construction phase services to municipal and industrial clients. His expertise in this arena includes the management of hazardous and nonhazardous waste, air emissions, stormwater discharges, spill prevention planning, petroleum and chemical bulk storage and regulatory compliance audits. As a licensed professional engineer, he is also responsible for managing an array of environmental investigation and design projects, such as environmental remediation, wastewater treatment, soil vapor intrusion mitigation, chemical and petroleum storage tanks and building construction.
