Ja'Niekqua Ashton

Ja'Niekqua Ashton has a diverse work experience in event operations and management. Ja'Niekqua is currently working as an Activations Supervisor at the Washington Commanders since 2018. Prior to this, they held a role as Event Day, Ticket Operations at the same company.

In 2023, Ja'Niekqua worked as a Camp Manager at Sitar Arts Center, where they were responsible for managing the daily class schedule, coordinating camp activities, and supervising camp students. Ja'Niekqua also supported Aftercare programming and took care of pre/post-camp planning.

Ja'Niekqua Ashton's education history is as follows:

Ja'Niekqua Ashton started their education at Friendship Public Charter School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Ja'Niekqua then attended Daemen University from 2013 to 2015, studying Athletic Training/Trainer. After that, they transferred to Radford University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration/Management from 2015 to 2018.

In 2022, Ja'Niekqua Ashton enrolled at the University of Cincinnati for their Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in October 2020, including "32 Ways to Make Extra Money," "Discovering Your Strengths," "Influencing Others," "Informational Interviewing," "Learning Excel 2019," "Problem Solving Techniques," "Soft Skills for Sales Professionals," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader."
