Sera Lee, SHRM-CP

Sera Lee, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sera is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at D.C. United since December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at the Democratic National Committee for a span of seven years, starting as a Human Resources Associate in September 2014 and eventually being promoted to Human Resources Manager and Deputy Director of Human Resources. Sera began their career as a Human Resources intern at the Atlanta Hawks in January 2012. Before entering the human resources field, they worked as a Documentation Associate at Hanjin Shipping from January 2013 to June 2014.

Sera Lee, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2018.
