Ayodele Sasore

Ayodele Sasore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering management. Currently serving as VP of Operational Excellence at d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc., Ayodele has previously held roles such as Engineering Manager at JBT Corporation and Director of Operational Excellence and Engineering at Festo, where a strong focus was placed on implementing Continuous Improvement strategies. Notably, during a lengthy tenure at Rolls-Royce, Ayodele excelled as Business Improvement Manager, leading high-impact projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies within the Defense Sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nassau Community College.
