Douglas Dickinson

Douglas Dickinson is an experienced executive with a robust background in operational excellence and supply chain management across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Operational Excellence at Wabtec Corporation, Douglas oversees lean transformation and supplier development for a $9B industrial business. Prior roles include Vice President Integrated Supply Chain for Trane Commercial at Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities spanned manufacturing and distribution across North America and EMEA, and leadership positions in integrated supply chains for industrial products. With a foundation in lean methodologies developed at General Electric and GE Transportation, Douglas also brings military experience as a submariner in the US Navy. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and has pursued studies at the University of New Haven.
