Kavitha Chakravarthy

Kavitha Chakravarthy is an experienced professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with a notable career, currently serving as the Associate Director and Head of DEI at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since November 2020. Prior to this role, Kavitha held the position of Senior Manager and Head of DEI at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included designing and implementing strategic DEI initiatives and consulting for the executive council in India and the Philippines.
