Meher Gill

Meher Gill is a seasoned talent acquisition and HRIS specialist with extensive experience at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since June 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing background check processes and optimizing onboarding strategies. Meher undertook a five-month international assignment in New York, collaborating with the Human Capital Development and Product Management teams to improve Workday business processes. Prior to this role, Meher contributed to DU Beat as a copyeditor, managing editorial content and publishing articles, and served as a correspondent for Spoon University. Additionally, Meher held the position of Cluster Manager for the NBA Superfan Program at Chtrbox, leading a team of interns to promote basketball viewership and merchandise sales in India. Meher holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, completed in 2019.
