Rachana Prasad

Rachana Prasad is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at D. E. Shaw India Private Limited since July 2017, Rachana leads business partnerships for technology entities. Prior to this role, Rachana worked at Deloitte from March 2010 to June 2017 in various HR positions, including Human Resources Business Partner for global and enabling areas and Human Resources Generalist.
