David P Schwartz

David P Schwartz has over 30 years of experience in corporate development and business development. David P began their career in 1989 as an Economic Attache, Investment Authority for the Government of Israel Economic Mission. David P then moved on to Aryt Industries Ltd in 1992 as Director of Corporate Development. In 1993, they took on the role of Head of M&A, Business Development and Investor Relations at ECI Telecom Ltd. David P then joined Delta Ventures Ltd. in 2000 as a Senior Investment Manager - Director of Corp Dev. In 2003, they co-founded TripCart Ltd. as Senior VP of Business Development, establishing strategic partnerships with TripAdvisor, Kayak, Hotels.com, Orbitz and others. From 2009 to 2013, they were the Director of Resource Development at The Center for Jewish-Arab Economic Development. David P then worked at Tomobox as Vice President of Business Development from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they held the position of Director of M&A and Corp Dev at iMDsoft, as well as Director of M&A - Israel at Harris Computer. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Corporate Development at D-Fend Solutions.

David P Schwartz received a BA in Theirtory from Columbia University in 1986 and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business in 1990.
