Christopher Lombardi

Christopher Lombardi serves as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions at CSI, leading M&A functions for a prominent SaaS and technology solutions provider. Previously, Lombardi held the same title at Daxko, where significant software acquisitions were completed. Early career experiences include corporate development roles at GI Partners, CJL Holdings, Topgolf, and several private equity firms, with a focus on software, healthcare, and technology sectors. Lombardi holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School and advanced degrees in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
