Dena Rhodes

Dena Rhodes, Ph.D., is a seasoned research analyst currently employed at D. Hilton Associates, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Dena served as a research scientist at Hogan Assessment Systems from July 2017 to February 2020 and gained experience as an associate consultant at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) from October 2014 to August 2015. Dena's academic background includes a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology obtained from the University of Houston between 2014 and 2016, as well as a Master’s Degree in the same field from the same institution in 2011-2013. Dena also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas from 2006 to 2010, while contributing as a graduate teaching fellow and researcher at the University of Houston during the earlier stages of the academic journey.
