Prior to this, Hendrik was with Düsseldorf Congress GmbH from August 2010 to October 2018, where responsibilities included project management for large congresses, corporate events, concerts, exhibitions, and sports events, as well as cost control and key account management, having started as a project assistant and advancing through various project management roles. Hendrik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, obtained in June 2016.
