Haj Elfadil

Haj Elfadil is the ML-AI QA/Software Infra Engineering Director at d-Matrix, where the focus is on building a global software QA team for Next-Gen AI/ML technologies. Prior experience includes leading the QA organization at Groq, establishing an automation infrastructure for ML/AI HPC, and managing test engineering teams at Juniper Networks, overseeing deployment testing for major cloud providers. Haj has also held leadership roles at Casa Systems, developing 5G testing infrastructure, and has extensive experience in software quality assurance from earlier positions at companies such as Converged Access, Certeon, SnowShore Networks, and Nortel Networks. Haj holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
