Liam Parry is a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in managing commercial, operational, and procurement activities across a variety of Demolition, Remediation, and Civil Engineering projects. Currently employed at D Morgan plc since September 2020 and previously a Commercial Manager at Civil & Remediation Ltd, Liam has successfully overseen projects ranging from £300,000 to £16 million, including significant developments such as the Liberty Park Widnes Infrastructure Works and Rochdale Riverside. With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, Liam has cultivated a robust skill set in financial management, project cost forecasting, and sub-contractor management through roles that span over two decades in the industry.
