Giorgio Garavaglia

Giorgio Garavaglia has a strong background in telecommunication engineering. From July 2019 to the present, they have served as the Head of Telecommunication Engineering at D-Orbit, where they are responsible for the development and integration of space and ground segment subsystems. In this role, they interact with RF/COM suppliers and analyzes budgets for link, data volume, mass, and power. Prior to joining D-Orbit, Garavaglia worked at Magneti Marelli as an R&D Telemetry System Engineer from May 2014 to July 2019.

Giorgio Garavaglia obtained a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 2007 to 2014.
