Giovanni Aliboni

Giovanni Aliboni serves as the Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione at CVA SpA, a leading energy services provider in Italy, since June 2025. Currently an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at D-Orbit and a Member of the Investment Committee for Ver Capital SGR's Transition Energy Fund, Giovanni has extensive experience in the energy transition and technology sectors. Giovanni has been Managing Partner at e-nergica srl since November 2009, focusing on new technologies for decarbonization. Additionally, Giovanni is a Business Development Partner at OROBIX Srl, facilitating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in businesses. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR and Terra Firma Capital Partners, and board membership at RTR Rete Rinnovabile. Giovanni holds a master's degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, an Executive MBA from INSEAD, and a Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica from Politecnico di Milano.
