Alice Floyd-Preston

Alice Floyd-Preston is a financial analyst at D.R. Horton, starting in August 2024, following a role as Director of Operations at Ethos Commercial Advisors from April 2023 to June 2024. Previously, Alice served as a TSCC Research Assistant at Multnomah County for a brief period in early 2023 and held the position of Senior Analyst with the UO Real Estate Investment Group from September 2020 to July 2023. Additionally, Alice gained experience as a Real Estate Development Intern at Ethos Development LLC during the summer of 2022. Alice holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
