Brooks Amster

Brooks Amster is an experienced operations and development professional, currently serving as Operations Manager and Vice President of Build-to-Rent for D.R. Horton in Tampa since May 2021. Previously, Brooks held the position of Regional Vice President at Advenir Living from June 2020 to May 2021 and founded Ephrem Group in late 2019. Prior experiences include Multifamily Development Manager at D.R. Horton from December 2017 to July 2019 and Senior Director at InvestRes/Avesta Communities from May 2012 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Brooks worked as an Analyst at CSL International, Inc. and as a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. Educated at William & Mary, Brooks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies in 2010.
