Deonna Franz possesses extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, currently working as a Loan Processor at DHI Mortgage / DR Horton since February 2021. Additionally, Deonna operates as a Real Estate Consultant independently. Previous roles include serving as a Realtor/Broker Associate/Leasing Associate at Colorado Luxe Living Real Estate & Property Management Services, and various positions at Nor'wood Development Group, including Community Coordinator and Office Manager. Deonna co-owned Rickochet Entertainment from 2011 to 2019 and held multiple positions at Northwestern Mutual between 2007 and 2016.
