E. Lissy Foster is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in benefits management, HR software implementation, and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as an HRIS Analyst at D.R. Horton since August 2024, Lissy previously excelled as a Senior Benefits Analyst for the Dallas Independent School District, responsible for processing benefits payroll for 22,000 employees with remarkable accuracy.
