Emilia Cummings, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Division Human Resources at D.R. Horton since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at Thomas J. Henry Law, HR Director/Chief Human Resources Officer at Nexus Recovery Center, and Human Resources Manager at Illumination Fireworks, LLC. Emilia has also held HR positions at Operations Enterprises-CBB, Plano ISD, Houston ISD, Dallas College, University of Dallas, and Navarro College. With a strong background in policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and training, Emilia has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing various HR functions and enhancing service quality for both internal and external stakeholders.
