Dace Ritova

Dace Ritova is a seasoned professional in human resources management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Eleving Group since March 2020, Dace oversees HR functions for the Europe region. Previous roles include HR/Administrative Manager at whiteCryption, where responsibilities encompassed administrative management and employee engagement, and Human Resource Department Manager at LVRTC, focusing on HR policy and employee development.
