Frank Messina

Frank Messina currently serves as Division President at D.R. Horton since October 2023. Previously, Frank held the position of City Manager for the Tampa North Division and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at D.R. Horton from November 2017 to December 2021. Prior to this, Frank worked as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at KB Home and Division Manager at Ryan Homes. Frank's extensive experience in the homebuilding industry began at Standard Pacific Homes, where Frank served in multiple roles, including Tampa Division President. Frank Messina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairfield University between 1984 and 1988.
